Your health and the health of all of our clients matters to us. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Lehma Massage and Wellness requires that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Important: Presenting more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and you will not be seen. No-show appointment fees will not be direct billed. You are welcome to submit the invoice to your insurance provider.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our cancellation policy. You will be responsible for paying the full cost of treatment that was scheduled in the event that you fail to provide at least 24-hours notice before changing or canceling your appointment.
The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and you freely give permission and consent for Lehma Massage and Wellness to conduct treatment.
All services must be paid in full prior to or directly after the service has been completed.
Direct Billing Available!
Lehma Massage and Wellness offers direct billing services to most insurance providers.
Exception: Green Shield Canada - We do not currently offer direct billing for Green Shield.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit, Credit Card
We maintain a professional, respectful environment for all clients and staff.
Zero Tolerance Policy: No inappropriate comments or conduct of any kind will be tolerated. Any indication of such behavior will automatically end the session and you will be required to leave the premises.
